Fantastic piece of furniture with function and form. Box is rather heavy; I managed to bring it in myself but would be easier with two people. Instructions were typical for put-together projects. In addition to the allen wrench (included), you'll need a power-screwdriver or regular phillips & flat screwdrivers and a lot of ambition. I put this together by myself in about 2 hours while watching a movie. The top, bottom, sides, and interior dividers are very sturdy. The door panels and the back of the cabinet are super flimsy - take care when putting it all together. My cabinet is holding a 43" TV with a soundbar - no sagging or troubles. The cats checked it out while I was building it and had no trouble figuring out where the litter box went. There's some extra space around the box to keep waste bags and a scoop if needed. Since I have two cats, it's worth noting there's only one way in and out, so if you have a cat that guards/blocks this may not be the right option for you, although it could be modified to create a 2nd exit if you're handy with tools. Absolutely love how it looks in my living room, creates extra warmth and looks more expensive than it is.
